Installing LogMeIn

   1.	Go to www.logmein.com  
    
   2.	Click Log In top right of Screen
    
   3.	Login in as installer@cubexsystem.com and pw: XXXXXXXX
    
   4.	Click Add Computer
    
   5.	Click Download Installer under "Add this computer"
    
   6.	Double Click LogMeIn.msi
    
   7.	Do Typical Installation
    
   8.	Fill in Computer Description as Site name, whether it is sync, and where it will be i.e. Pharmacy - Tylan Creek Pharmacy (SYNC) 
    
   9.	Set Computer Access Code: XXXXXXXX
    
   10.	Choose User of Cubex Profile to install LogMeIn Pro
    
   11.	Start LogMeIn

Changing LogMeIn computer name

   1.	Open LogMeIn Client 
    
   2.	Search and Select Computer to Renamed
    
   3.	Click the i in the Circle at the end of the line (Computer Info)
    
   4.	Click the name to change (Under Compuer name usually CUBEXCAB)- A box will appear around the name
    
   5.	Edit the Name
    
   6.	Close the Computer Info window with e the X in the top right     
  OR
   1.	Open the LoginMeIn Web page www.logmein.com  
    
   2.	Click Log In top right of Screen
    
   3.	Enter LogMeIn ID and Password,  Click Log in button
    
   4.	Select Computers
    
   5.	In "Search in all fields" top right enter the computer you are looking for
    
   6.	Scroll up or down to find the computer
    
   7.	Select Properties at the end of the line for the computer you want to change
    
   8.	Edit the text in Computer Description and then click the Change Button on the right
    
   9.	The text Your computer description has been changed successfully.  will appear at the top
    
   10.	Log Out

Deleting deactivated computers

   ALWAYS CHECK WITH SUPERVISOR BEFORE DELETING ANYTHING
   1.	Open the LoginMeIn Web page www.logmein.com  
    
   2.	Click Log In top right of Screen
    
   3.	Enter LogMeIn ID and Password,  Click Log in button
    
   4.	Select Computers
    
   5.	In "Search in all fields" top right enter the computer you are looking for
    
   6.	Scroll up or down to find the computer
    
   7.	Select Properties at the end of the line for the computer you want to change
    
   8.	Select Delete this computer
    
   9.	Log Out

Adding new customer users (permissions)

   1.	Open the LoginMeIn Web page www.logmein.com  
    
   2.	Click Log In top right of Screen
    
   3.	Enter LogMeIn ID and Password,  Click Log in button
    
   4.	Select Users on the left side
   
   5.	Select Manage under Users on the left side
    
   6.	If REQUIRED, create a User Group by Clicking Add User Group button
             a. Enter Group Name
             b. Checkmark both Computers and Users
             c. Click Add button
   
   7.	Click Add Users button 
    
   8.	Enter Email Address and 
   
   9.	Select the User Group from the drop down
    
   10.	In Central select nothing
    
   11.	In Management select nothing
    
   12.	In Interface select Show advanced interface when available (LogMeIn Pro PCs only)
    
   13.	In Group/Computer Permission select Specify the groups and computers the selected user can access
    
   14.	Checkmark Name
    
   15.	Select the computers the user can access and checkmark the box in front of the name.
    
   16.	You may need to use the search field to find the computer
    
   17.	In Network (Hamachi) select nothing
    
   18.	Click the Save button
    
   19.	Log Out

Granting access to specific computers

   1.	Open the LoginMeIn Web page www.logmein.com  
    
   2.	Click Log In top right of Screen
    
   3.	Enter LogMeIn ID and Password,  Click Log in button
    
   4.	Select Users on the left side
   
   5.	Select Manage under Users on the left side
    
   6.	In "Search" field in the top right enter the User you are looking for
    
   7.	Select the User 
    
   8.	Scroll down to Group/Computer Permission 
   
   9.	Enter computer name to add in Search field
     
   10.	Checkmark the box in front of the computer name
    
   11.	Log Out
